For a gentle, flavour-enhancing barbecuing experience, simply leave the boards to soak in cold water for 2 to 3 hours, then place the food on them and start barbecuing right away.

Our seconds may have crooked brands, rough faces or edges, or a small hole or split, but they still have all the flavor of our Grade A grilling planks.
