Why The Keep Warm Function Do Not Work In My Tea Kettle?
- The water in the kettle will keep boiling when it exceed 205°F, and will boil away soon, it may cause potential dangerous situations if no one is around. To avoid this happen, the highest temperature available for keep warm is 205°F.
- For Safety Reasons, KEEP WARM Function Will Be Disbaled When the Temperature is Over 200°F, nothing will happen if you press keep warm button when the water is over 205°F.
- If the water has been boiled over 205°F, the keep warm function will be reactivated after it cooled off or refilled with unboiled water.

- How to deal with EEEE on the display?
It caused by boiling without water, please fill in cold water and restart the kettle.
- Will it rust? How to clean it?
The metal part is made of 304 stainless steel, it will not rust. Some users find something like rust on the bottom, it is mineral substance in the water attched to the bottom, add some vinegar or organic acid and boil, you can wipe them off. To reduce the chance of scaling, try not to pour out all the water when it just boiled.
- Why the keep warm function do not work when I chose BOIL program.
The Boil program will heat the water to 212° Fahrenheit, and the water will keep boiling, the keep warm function will last up to 2 hours, in this program, the water may boil away completely if no one is around, to deactivate it, is to make sure no risk will happen in this mode.
- I received a kettle, but some parts are missing, why?
