The USA PAN® Jelly Sheet Pan and Lid Set provide home bakers with high quality and heavy duty tools to create memories and flawless homemade jellyroll cakes, cookies, rolls or french-fries for friends and family. It is also perfect for roasting vegetables and potatoes! The lid was specifically designed to fit the USA PAN® jelly roll like a glove and come with a handle to allow for easy transport. Use the lid to store baked goods overnight or pop on top of the pan to make for flawless and safe movement from point a to point b (no crying over spilled milk here!). The pans feature AMERICOAT® a silicone nonstick coating, which is made without PTFE, PFOA, and BPA and promotes easy release for baked-goods and makes the pans easy to clean. USA PAN® baking pans are uniquely designed with a fluted surface which facilitates air circulation and also maximizes pan strength and reduces warping. The pan features a steel wire in the rim, which provides extra strength and further resistance to warping.
