Slicer shredder attachment for the Bosch Universal mixer at PHG

The Bosch Slicer/Shredder processes foods as you feed them down its chute. It includes three disks: slicing/grating (coarse or fine), slicing (thick or thin), and French Fry. The Slicer Shredder fits on the Universal's low speed drive where the large mixing bowl mounts, and has a 12 cup capacity. Because the blades are at the top of the bowl, perfectiy uniform product size is maintained no matter how long you run the machine.

These accessories are compatible with the Universal Plus mixing machine and are designed for medium to heavy cookie dough, even if you add heavy infuses such as fruits, nuts and candies. Then you can change the hook to beat the butter. If you need to make large batches of cookies (more than 15 dozen) you just have to change the hook before adding the flour.
