The Pressure Pro pressure cooker has a specially designed lid with a patented lock-unlock mechanism which makes the use of the pressure cooker an easy task. It has a 2-position switch valve to adjust the pressure level (depending on the food), as well as 2 safety valves, one to indicate the internal pressure and another to extract steam in case of overpressure.
