Single side pocket snaps closed and includes unopened Pokemon strategy cards??? Thin vinyl material all over with adjustable nylon straps. Interior plastic is giving away/becoming unglued (see photo). Likely made for kids but was able to adjust the straps to fit a 5'8 adult. Officially licensed.
