The Swiss Modern Colors 2-Piece Carving Set by Victorinox includes an 8.5-inch carving knife with a grape red handle, and a 6-inch carving fork with an almond beige handle. This set, designed to carve roast beef, turkey or any larger meats in the kitchen or table-side, features handles with a fresh Scandinavian color scheme to brighten any occasion.

Victorinox Swiss Modern knives have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again. These blades are the same as those on the award-winning Fibrox Pro line by Victorinox.
