Ful medames is a slow cooked dried fava beans recipe, a traditional Egyptian breakfast meal.
This rare item is hand fabricated from two (2) heavy gauged hammered and heat welded sheets of copper. Its unique design is ancient, efficient, and still used in the modern era. This is heavy and well built. Brass handles are also hand crafted and accent its superb and beautiful construction. Rugged yet aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Displays beautifully with old world charm and character. Solid, functional, and a real conversation piece.

Condition: Very good for age. Signs of traditional usage and age. Shows normal soot mostly at the bottom (amorphous carbon, produced by the incomplete burning of organic matter). The pot displays some minor dents from obvious use, as shown in the photos. But, it is still very solid, functional, and a real conversation piece. Item has not been cleaned or repaired. Item is sold in the same condition as inherited.
