Each plate has extremely tight tolerance of 0.004"-0" What you will get is a newly refined steel plate that is flat and the same thickness as your diamond stones, no re-adjust needed. Will NOT catch your blade like others uses a magnet on the back, perform as same as original stones. We will arrange the film in order from coarse to fine and from top to bottom.
