It is a handy and elegant personal Steak knife to-go! The blade features slip-joint action with strong detent at closed, half-way, and full open, and has a Katana-like "Hamon" (wavy patterns) and "Hi" (long nail-nick groove) with stingray-skin inlaid handle as seen on the Katana. The 3-1/2" (90mm) VG-10 core forge layered San Mai Clad stainless steel blade, and 4-1/2" Black anodized aluminum handle with Stingray-skin inlays and pocket clip. Comes with a gift box.
