You can use washable or permanent markers HOWEVER everything is designed to be colored by permanent markers. It is totally ok to color with CRAYOLA brand washable markers for a color and re-color project! Anything other than Crayola brand may leave a red or yellow stain behind after washing.

FAQs:
Q: Are markers included? Is it a kit?
A: Markers are not included. If you don’t have any at home, I recommend some generic sharpies from . You can get a 30ct pack for an affordable price. I may add some to the site soon but at the moment, I do not sell markers at the webstore.
Q: Can I wash it?
A: For permanent marker coloring, we recommend that you spot clean it whenever necessary. When it does come time to give it a good wash, only wash if it is 30 days after you last colored so that the colors are nice and set into the textile. Turn bag inside out, wash on cold, no bleach, gentle cycle, & hang dry.
For washable coloring – just wash it. Watch the zipper so that it doesn’t make holes in your other clothing (this is common with washing zipper items with other clothing – not just my bags. I saw a tiktok about it!!)
Q: Can I have a custom pattern made?
