Here is what is included in each size Small Share: One head of lettuce, and one bag of salad mix Medium Share: Two heads of lettuce and one bag of salad mix Large Share: Two heads of lettuce and two bags of salad mix One head of lettuce is at least 3 oz. If the head is under weight, then multiple will be included in the bag. Farm Shares are fulfilled on Fridays.
