The kettle's electric base has a variable temperature control between 135°F to 212°F.  The LCD screen on top of the base shows current water temperature until SET temperature is reached. The base also has a Brew Stopwatch that activates a timer countdown. To make coffee, place the Fellow Pour-Over Dripper (sold separately) on a cup or carafe. As the stopwatch counts down, use this time to slowly pour water from the kettle into the dripper. This allows the coffee to bloom for perfect flavor and aroma every time.
