Sep 30, 2020 - I made these egg bites with 2 eggs beaten, 1/4 c shredded mozzarella, handful diced bell peppers, handful sliced scallions, 1TBS Costc bacon bits, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for10 minutes - used Dash egg bites maker. Chaffle was made with 1egg beaten, 1/2c shredded mozzarella, 2TBS super fine almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1-2TBS heavy cream, 1 tsp psyllium husk, pinch of salt used Dash mini waffle maker. Notes on the egg bites mold I used a few drops of olive oil instead of the spray.
