Designed for ease-of-use and space-efficiency, the Galaxy PC22 22 lb. compact digital portion control scale seamlessly fits into your kitchen. Not only is its small size simple to store, it requires minimal counterspace. This is great for when the counter is full of ingredients, cutting boards, and other supplies. Plus, it's battery-operated, using 2 AA batteries, adding portability and eliminating the need for a cord and plug as you move around the kitchen. Batteries are even included, and an AC adapter is also compatible for stationary applications. A leveling bubble is included on the back of the scale to ensure that the scale is in optimal weighing condition for increased accuracy every time.<br><br> To help you monitor the battery usage, the scale features an auto-off feature that shuts down operation after inactivity. A low battery indicator is also built in, letting you know when the batteries need changed. The indicator, along with the other functions, is displayed on the easy-to-read 2" x 13/16" LCD screen. This screen is backlit for visibility and can perform weigh, tare, hold, and part counting tasks with the mode, pcs, and tare buttons. The added overload indicator even alerts you when the load exceeds the capacity of the scale.
