In 2014 I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. In 2020 our Daughter, Kolbie, was diagnosed with Diabetes & shortly after, Celiac disease. Kolbie loved Ramen noodles before her diagnosis, and I know how it stinks to lose food you once loved. I was determined to find or create ramen that would allow her to feel normal. I was not too fond of any gluten-free options I found, so I made a seasoning that enabled her to have yummy Ramen Noodles still.
