Warm Tips:
1. Before increasing the intensity, please make sure that the pair of pads is pasted above the massage area properly, electrode lead is connected well.
2. The default timer setting is 30 minutes. When the countdown ends, the TENS device will turn off automatically. Press the power button twice to turn it on.
3. When pasting the pads, the skin must be clean and dry. Dirty or oily skin will prevent electrode adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after usage will prolong the lifespan of the pads. Let them dry naturally. Place pads on the plastic film to keep the gel moisture after use.
