Having had such great success with both my free form rye loaf and my multi grain bread baked in an 8 inch bread pan, each one baked in my new cast iron Challenger Bread Pan, my next bread baking adventure was baking my whole wheat bread in a larger 9 inch loaf pan. As before, the bread had great.

Her ground breaking The Cake Bible was inducted into the International Association of Culinary Professionals Cookbook Hall of Fame, 2016. Rose is also the designer of bakeware and kitchen tool products, including her Synglas non-stick rolling pin.
