BBQ Seasoning - Salt Free
Our Salt Free BBQ Seasoning adds a spicy, hickory smoke flavor to grilled and/or barbecued meats (burgers, chicken, pork chops, ribs and sausages) as well as vegetables. May be used as a marinade or as a rub prior to grilling. A1 BBQ Seasoning does not contain any MSG, sugar or preservatives.
At your next barbecue wow your guests with this tasty blend of barbecue spices. Use it as a dry rub on chicken, beef, ribs or pork; furthermore, use it on vegetables to kick things up a notch. Additionally, it can be mixed with ketchup, tomato paste or sauce to make your own barbecue sauce. The great thing about barbecue is that there a a multitude of sauces to make from sweet and spicy to smoky, thinner vinegar based to thicker tomato/ketchup based.
Make a basic thick sauce by mixing ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and a few tablespoons of our Barbecue Seasoning to taste. Whisk these ingredients together for a delectable sauce that is sure to take your barbecue creations to the next level. You can make a basic vinegar based sauce by mixing apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, our barbecue seasoning, kosher salt and a small amount of ketchup. Reduce this mixture on the stove until it begins to thicken. Barbecue is all about testing and fine tuning until you find a perfect balance that works. One thing is for certain A1’s barbecue seasoning blend, in great or small quantities, will always be the perfect ingredient.
Ingredients: annatto, hickory smoke, paprika, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, mustard powder, chili, and oregano.
