I will not refund you if you did not press on the proper substrate or there is user error.  We have lots of videos in our Facebook Group and on our TikTok on how to properly sublimate using a press.   The image you see on the screen is digital. The actual colors of the product may vary from the original image after pressed onto the substrate.  We use high quality printers, paper and inks for ALL of our transfers.  IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. No exceptions. Please be sure your order is correct before processing your order. PRODUCTION time for Sublimation Transfers: Sublimation Transfers typically ship in 1-3 business days HELPFUL TIPS: Time/Temp will vary based on if you are using a press or convection oven. Please refer to your blanks supplier for time/temp instructions. If you are pressing using a tumbler press, check our many videos in our FB Group HERE! If you are using a convection oven, you will need a silicone wrap or shrink wrap (will not need with a tumbler press)
