Our hand forged 13" Sauté Pan comes to you pre-seasoned, and is the largest pan in our collection. The Sauté is deeper than our fry pan, meant to hold more volume with steeper sides, and a helper handle for easy lifting. Long handle stays comfortable while cooking Carbon steel pans are great for searing, caramelizing, and baking - plus, you can learn to cook delicate foods like fish and eggs with no sticking.
